1. The VFF S.T.O.R.Y. Framework

S - Setting the Scene Establish time, place, and sensory atmosphere in 15% of your story.

T - Target Desire Define what your main character desperately wants or needs.

O - Obstacles & Conflict Introduce 3 escalating hurdles that challenge the protagonist.

R - Resolving the Climax The high-stakes decision point where bravery is tested.

Y - Yielding the Moral: Conclude with emotional growth. What did the character learn?

2. The Plot Mountain Blueprint

Use this hiking roadmap: 1. Exposition (Foot of Mountain) → 2. Rising Action (3 Hurdles up the Trail) → 3. Climax (Peak Choice) → 4. Falling Action (Descent) → 5. Resolution (Basecamp Growth).

3. "Show, Don't Tell" Sensory Word Bank

Sight Words Fractured, Glimmering, Gloomy, Shadows, Towering, Radiant.

Sound Words Deafening, Clattering, Whispering, Resonant, Rhythmic, Murmuring.

Touch & Smell Words Damp, Icy, Fragrant, Pungent, Rough, Velvety, Scortching.

4. Dialogue Golden Rules

Rule 1: New Speaker = New Line. Always start a fresh paragraph when a new character speaks.
Rule 2: Punctuation inside quotes ("Where are we going?" asked Leo).
Rule 3: Replace "said" with action tags like muttered, bellowed, quivered, asserted.
