Because Victory Fluent Forum provides K-12 public speaking, writing, and leadership tutoring, we strictly restrict collection of children's data:

• No Self-Registration: Children under 13 are strictly prohibited from independently registering or submitting contact information on our platform. All enrollments, booking requests, and profiles must be established by a parent or legal guardian.
• Verifiable Parental Consent: We collect parent contact details to obtain verifiable consent before creating a student profile, recording live class evaluations, or archiving class assignments.
• Parental Control: Parents have the absolute right to review, update, or request the immediate deletion of their child's personal details, and to restrict any further collection by contacting us at simranbagwan92@gmail.com.

For users accessing our website and classes from the European Union, we act as the Data Controller under GDPR. The legal basis for processing personal data is the consent of the parent/guardian or the necessity of contract execution for our educational live courses.

Your Rights Under GDPR:

• Right of Access & Portability: You can request a copy of all data stored with us.
• Right to Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate student or billing data.
• Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): Request the permanent deletion of your profile and data records, subject to legal auditing requirements.

• Parental Contact Information: Parent's name, email address, phone number (used for WhatsApp support, class rescheduling, and invoicing).
• Student Profiles: Student's name, grade level, country, and assignment recordings (only with direct parental permission to assist with speaking evaluations).
• Billing & Payments: Transaction histories and basic billing details collected via Razorpay or PayPal. We do not store raw card numbers.

We use the Meta Pixel (and standard cookies/analytics trackers) to measure advertising effectiveness, optimize campaigns, and track parent behavior across our public-facing pages (e.g. tracking demo bookings, class enrollment interest).

• Usage: When you navigate our pages, the Meta Pixel collects information about actions you take (pages visited, button clicks) and transmits this hashed data to Meta Platforms Inc.
• Opt-out: You can decline cookie tracking at any time by configuring your browser options, clearing your cache, or adjusting your personal Meta ad settings to disable custom audience tracking.
• Safety: No student database information or student live class files are ever shared with Meta tracking systems. Tracking is restricted strictly to general web behavior for parent outreach.

We use SSL encryption to safeguard all inputs on our site. Student assignments and video evaluations are stored on secure cloud servers and are kept only as long as necessary to track educational outcomes. We do not rent, trade, or sell personal records to third parties.
