Guidelines & Policies.

• Parental Responsibility: For K-12 students under 18, all enrollments, billing profiles, and agreements must be verified and submitted by a parent or legal guardian.
• Single Student Access: Purchases grant digital login credentials and access to live cohorts strictly for one student. Account sharing or distribution of course credentials to multiple learners is strictly prohibited.
• Intellectual Property & Class Material: All lectures, recorded evaluations, worksheets, and syllabus items are the intellectual property of Victory Fluent Forum. Sharing or copying these materials externally is a breach of copyright laws.

We process payments in India via Razorpay (UPI, Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking) and internationally via PayPal (USD conversions).

Promotional Coupon Code Rules (Authorized Marketing and Referral Discounts): Only official promotional codes explicitly issued by authorized Victory Fluent Forum mentors via written communication will be honored at checkout.

• Non-Stacking: Only one coupon code can be applied per checkout transaction. Coupons cannot be combined with existing partner discounts or referral programs.
• Validation Window: Promo codes must be entered prior to processing checkout. Retroactive coupon applications will not be processed.
• No Cash Value: Coupon codes hold zero cash value, are non-transferable, and apply strictly as percentage or flat deductions off the base course fee.
• Non-Refundable Policy on Discounted Enrollments: Any enrollment processed using a promotional coupon code, custom referral discount, or localized scholarship offer is strictly non-refundable and exempt from our standard 7-Day Dedicated Learning Commitment Refund Policy. By applying a discount code, the parent/purchaser waives all rights to a cancellation refund for that specific transaction.

To protect our expert mentors' schedules and manage small-cohort seat allocations (such as our 1:5 group limits), we maintain a strict **Refund and Cancellation Policy**:

• Non-Refundable Circumstances: Absence from live cohorts without prior 24-hour notification, non-submission of student homework, or request submissions past the initial 7-day period will void refund eligibility.
• Cancellation Processing: Approved refund claims will be credited back via the original gateway (Razorpay/PayPal) within 7 to 10 business days. Payment gateway processing fees may be deducted where applicable.

We foster a supportive, warm environment. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate digital access to live rooms or the student dashboard if a student or parent displays abusive language, harassment towards mentors, or acts in a manner that disrupts class progress. Suspensions for conduct violations are non-refundable.
